Address change requests must be emailed to [email protected],
Customers cannot update the address for orders.
Pre Orders:
Paid Pre-Orders: For address changes send email to [email protected] with games and new address.
Each pre-order must be changed, we cannot change “all”, list them separately.
Pay Later Pre-Orders: You must cancel the order and place a new one, with the new billing address.
This is for the safety and security of your credit card. Pay Later authorizations are made with a billing address, and the credit card will not allow that to be changed.
