Welcome to the new Compass Games website!

Welcome to the new website for Compass Games! We will be making on-going enhancements to the site, so consider this our initial launch with more enhancements to come. To help get you started on how to login to your account, please review the FAQ below.


How do I log onto my account?
IMPORTANT! Your initial login will require using the Forgotten Password function. Select the “My account” option in the main toolbar and select “Log In.” Click on the “Lost your Password?” link on the login page. We have your account from our old site but you need to establish a new password to gain access. Please allow for up to 15 minutes for the password reset link to arrive by email.

I tried to recover my password, but I received the error message, “Invalid username or email.” What should I do?
No record exists based on the username/email you entered. Please try again using a different email address. Also, remember that if you complete a transaction as a GUEST, no account was created under that Guest email address, so you will need to create a new account.

I’m unable to login to access my account. Can you help?

Will my existing orders get fulfilled?
Yes, your existing orders, including all preorders, will be fulfilled.

Can I view all my preorders, including Pay Later option, on the new site?
Yes, all previous preorders, including gumroad pay later preorders, have transitioned to this new site. You will find them located in your Account information area (orders and preorders section). Here is more information to help guide you.
– Pay Later orders from the old site appear under “Gumroad pay laters.” Pay later orders on the new site appear under “Pre Orders.”
– All paid in full orders are marked as “complete” everywhere. Paid in full preorders will be shipped when the preorder becomes available.
– Paid in full orders from the old site, whether preorder or in-stock, appear under “archived orders.”

How are new preorders handled?
All preorders are handled on our new site. Pay Later orders must be placed separately. We no longer use gumroad for pay later preorders. Any previous gumroad pay later preorders can be viewed under your account.

What new orders can be combined in the shopping cart?
One can order multiple products so long as they are in-stock items or you are paying now for preorder items (not using Pay Later). Any Pay Later orders must be done separate and individually.

How can I view all my previous orders?
Yes, under your account, you will find options to view all your orders and preorders. For pay later preorders, you will find those listed under the Gumroad pay later orders category.

What does the Archived Orders category contain?
These are orders originating from our old site which match your current email address. If you placed orders using a different email address, we can also map these to our new site if you contact us with this information.

Are there any old orders that can’t be accessed under my account info?Yes. Any paid preorders processed using tricelery (vendor prior to gumroad) are not available.

What enhancements are planned for the future?
We will be adding more product categories soon, such as listing all games that are Solitaire game designs. This is just the initial launch of our site.
